Early Evidence

Ryann was always a ridiculously happy little being. Early on, when Jared and I would brag about Ryann's early interactions, people were quick to dismiss it. They naturally thought that our stories were simply the ramblings of proud parents who were severly overblowing their child's accomplishments.

Our conversations with people at this point generally went like this:

Us - You should have seen Ryann this morning! She was being so silly!
     Them - She had gas.

Or like this:

Us - Oh man, Ryann really likes that color. Look at her grin!
     Them - She has gas.

I leave the below evidence for your review. Ryann was two weeks old when this video was shot.

  1. What a sweetie! :) That video is great. I don't think anyone could look at that video and say "It was just gas". What a personality! :)

  2. Hahaha! I love baby hiccups. And she seems to be enjoying her newfound tongue. She's so LITTLE!!!! And at one point she makes a sound she never stopped making: at 1:05. The excited "panting" noise. Love it! :)

  3. There is NO WAY that is just gas. It's so obvious the intelligence and sheer joy from this video. What a little jewel! Baby hiccups and sneezes are so precious. I love the excited panting noise. I thought my child was the only one who did that. Her length of newborn hair is just crazy! How much fun it must have been at that age to just dress her hair up all girlie, hee hee! :)
